we arrived to bintang view after all night traveling and we were treated the most impolite and rude way you could ever expect by their workers. When we arrived at 8am we just asked when could we get into the room trying to explain them that we were exhausted and we obtained the most incredible answer we have received after 10 years of traveling around the world: `i won't give you a room, you have not payed, you can go out`. Not happy with that, they even asked if this was our first trip! We spent a week in Kecil and we heard many complains about this place and their service. They have nice views but it is far from the beach and you will be treated as shit. There are much better places in Long beach to spend some days. Believe me: do not go there! Updated: August 2011.
