I have been to this hotel 10 times and loved it............but my recent visit last month left me with VERY bad taste in my mouth..........I had gone out for a trip to jerusalem, left at 2.30am and didn't return until 11.40pm, to find that a substantial amount of money, a mobile phone had been taken from a locked safe in alocked room.....plus everything had been "messed" with in my room.The owner just was not interested and totally avoided me for the rest of my2 days there.after that amount of visits you would expect some sort of concern...But not at all.......................That is the reason I will never go back to swisscare.
